2021 Beat Michigan Breakfast Club: Official Contest Rules
Beginning at 6:00am Monday, November 8th, 2021 through 11:59am Thursday, November 25th, 2021, listeners 21 and over in the Columbus Metro Area may enter the “Beat Michigan Breakfast Club” contest at Qfm96.com by providing their name, address, phone number, birthdate. Contestant may receive an additional 2 contest entries by liking and following the Qfm96 facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages through the contest registration page. 3 entries per person, attempting more than the stated 3 total entries may disqualify the entrant in Qfm96’s sole discretion. No purchase necessary.
Between 6:00am-10:00am Friday November 26th Qfm96 will select from among all qualified on-line entries and on-site Beat Michigan Breakfast Club entries a total of ? entries to be awarded prizes of
1. A leaf blower with an approximate MSRP of $200.00.
2. 4K TV with an approximate MSRP of $500.00.
3. A Jack Daniels Yeti Cooler with an approximate MSRP of $220.00.
4. A Remote Started with an approximate MSRP of $200.00.
5. A Pair of conference championship game tickets and one night stay at Red Roof Inn & Suites Indianapolis- Airport with an approximate MSRP of $400.00.
Winners will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes as well as all fees associated with the prize. Winner must have a valid state ID and complete a w9 to collect the prize. In the event that the prize winner declines acceptance of any of the prizes, prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
Qfm96 contests are open to all eligible Columbus, OH residents 18 or older who have not won anything on Qfm96 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of Qfm96, Columbus Radio Group, Franklin Communications, Inc, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the Qfm96 main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian. The station’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the prize.
