2022 Dad To The Bone Sweepstakes Official Contest Rules 

Beginning at 6am Tuesday, 05/31/2022 through 11:59pm Wednesday, 06/15/2022 (“promotional period”) listeners 18 and over may register at Qfm96.com for the chance to win a “Dad To The Bone” prize pack at Qfm96.com by providing their first and last names, email address, street address, date of birth, and telephone number in the online registration form. One entry per person. Any attempts by a participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed during the promotional period by using the same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, different IP addresses, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any online registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these official rules. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. The winner will be chosen at the sole discretion of Qfm96. No purchase necessary.

At approximately 10am Thursday, 06/16/2022, a Qfm96 representative will randomly choose from among all qualified entries one (1) winner to receive the Grand Prize “Dad To The Bone” prize package consisting of the following items:

  • A customized flight simulation at Take Flight Ohio valued at $99.00
  • A $250.00 gift certificate to Ohio Power Tool
  • A new set of tires from Boyd’s Tire & Service valued at $700.00
  • A $500.00 gift certificate at Garage Experts
  • A $250.00 gas card from CME Federal Credit Union

The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $1,799.00. The winner will be notified of their winnings on Thursday, 06/16/2022 to confirm their prize, and their full name and city of residence will be posted on Qfm96.com.

Qfm96 will make reasonable efforts to award Prizes 30 days after winning. The station’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the prize. Winners will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes as well as all fees associated with the prize. The winner must have a valid state ID and complete an IRS Form W-9 to collect the prize. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. By entering this contest, participants understand the nature of the prize they are competing to win. In the event that the prize winner declines acceptance of any of the prizes, an alternate eligible winner will be randomly chosen. Contest rules may be altered at any time.

 

Qfm96 contests are open to all eligible Columbus, Ohio residents 18 or older that have not won anything on Qfm96 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

 

Employees of Qfm96, Columbus Radio Group, Franklin Communications, Inc, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the Qfm96 main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is the current legal guardian.
