2021 Muttley Crew Sweepstakes Official Contest Rules
Beginning at 10am Saturday March 13th, 2021 through 11:59pm Sunday March 21st, 2021 listeners 18 and over may register for the Muttley Crew Sweepstakes at Qfm96.com by completing the registration form and uploaded a photo of themselves and their dog. No purchase necessary. One entry per person. Attempting more than the stated total entries may disqualify the entrant in Qfm96’s sole discretion.
By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Contest, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.
Photos submitted must be owned by the person submitting the entry. No one else may have, or can claim, legal rights to the submitted photo. If there is a “minor” (a child or person under the age of 18) in this photo submission, the entrant must certify that he or she is the parent or legal guardian of the minor (child or children) in the photo submission. Any misrepresentation of ownership of the submitted photo, or legal guardianship of the minor in the submitted photo (if any), will be grounds for disqualification of the contest and potentially all future contests or promotions with Columbus Radio Group. Entries containing inappropriate photos will be disqualified. Columbus Radio Group has final say of what content is appropriate for the website and has absolute discretion over the eligibility of a photo entry. No indecent or obscene material, no content or material that is illegal, no material containing nudity or is sexually explicit, or by law, obscene profane or pornographic is permitted. By entering this contest, you are verifying that you are the owner and producer of the submitted material and that no third-party ownership rights exist to the submitted photo. If the photo entry contains people, by submitting such a photo you agree to have the rights necessary to consent or submit on behalf of those in the submitted photo.
At 11am Monday March 22nd , 2021 Qfm96 will randomly choose from among all qualified entries five (5) winners to receive a $50 Nom Nom Nom Gift Card with a MSRP of $50.00. Winners’ names will be posted on Qfm96.com and the winners called on Monday, March 22nd, 2021.
Winners will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes as well as all fees associated with the prize. Winner must have a valid state ID and complete a w9 to collect the prize. In the event that the prize winner declines acceptance of any of the prizes, prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.

Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named. Employees of Qfm96, Columbus Radio Group, Franklin Communications, Inc, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the Qfm96 main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian. The station’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the prize.
