Beginning at 6am Monday, October 5, 2021 through 11:59pm Sunday, October 31, 2021 listeners 18 and over may register for the Rocktober Sweepstakes at Qfm96.com. No purchase necessary. One entry per person, per week totaling 5 entries. Contestants may receive an additional 2 contest entries by liking and following the Qfm96 Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages through the contest registration form. Attempting more than the stated 7 total entries may disqualify the entrant in Qfm96’s sole discretion.
At 9am Monday, November 1, 2021 Qfm96 will randomly choose from among all qualified entries one (1) winner to receive the Ultimate Rocktober Haul to include a $500 gift card from 22 Caliber Tattoos with an MSRP of $500, a Jackson Electric Guitar from Music Go Round Columbus with an MSRP of $400, and a Marshall Amp Mini Fridge from Little Italy Pizza Groveport with an MSRP of $480. Total Grand Prize Value: $1,380.00 Winner’s name and city of residence will be posted on Qfm96.com and called on Monday, November 1, 2021, to confirm the prize. Photo(s) may be taken of the winner when collecting their prize, which may be shared across all Qfm96 social media accounts.
We will make reasonable efforts to award Prizes within 30 days after winning. Winners will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes as well as all fees associated with the prize. Winner must have a valid state ID and complete a w9 to collect the prize. In the event that the prize winner declines acceptance of any of the prizes, prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
Qfm96 contests are open to all eligible Columbus, OH residents 18 or older who have not won anything on Qfm96 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of Qfm96, Columbus Radio Group, Franklin Communications, Inc, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the Qfm96 main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian. The station’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the prize.
