Roosters Game Day Booster – Official Contest Rules
Beginning at 6:00am E.S.T., Monday 11/06/2023 through 11:59pm E.S.T., Sunday, 11/12/2023 listeners 18 and over may register for the “Roosters Gift Basket Giveaway” online sweepstakes by providing their first and last names, email address, street address, date of birth, and telephone number in the online registration form at Qfm96.com, Sunny 95.com, RewindColumbus.com, and MyMix1079.com. One (1) entry per person, per station totaling four (4) entries. Contestants may receive one (1) additional contest entry by clicking the prompt to follow the Roosters Instagram account located in the bonus entry section of the online contest registration form. All appropriate information in required fields must be entered correctly and completely or contestant will be disqualified. Attempting more than the stated five (5) possible total entries may disqualify the entrant in Qfm96, Sunny 95, Rewind 103.5/104.3, and Mix 107.9’s sole discretion. No purchase necessary.

The total approximate retail value of the Prize is $550.00. Prize winners will be contacted on Monday, 11/13/2023 to confirm their Prize. If the chosen entrant is notified by email, voicemail, or other answering device, he or she will have 24 hours from the time we contact them to respond. If the chosen entrant does not contact us back within the time limit, he or she will be disqualified, and another winner will be chosen from all eligible entrants. This process will continue until a winner is identified. Each winner’s full name and city of residence will be posted online at Qfm96.com, Sunny 95.com, RewindColumbus.com, and MyMix1079.com, and may be shared across Qfm96, Sunny 95, Rewind 103.5/104.3, and Mix 107.9 social media accounts.
Qfm96, Sunny 95, Rewind 103.5/104.3, and Mix 107.9 will make reasonable efforts to award prizes within 30 days after winning. The station’s sole responsibility will be to award the Prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the Prize if the Prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the Prize. Winners will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes as well as all fees and incidentals and must complete an IRS Form W-9. Incidentals include but are not limited to parking, food and beverage, transportation, etc. This, and all other expenses will be the responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash. By entering this contest, participants understand the nature of the Prize they are competing to win. In the event that the Prize winner declines acceptance of any of the Prizes, an alternate eligible winner will be randomly chosen.
The winners and their guests will need to follow all COVID guidelines and protocols put into place by the concert/venue organizer.

Where the prize(s) consists of electronic (digital) concert or event tickets (“e-tickets”), the winner will receive an email from Qfm96, Sunny 95, Rewind 103.5/104.3, and Mix 107.9 with a hyperlink to an electronic waiver form that the winner must sign and return to Qfm96, Sunny 95, Rewind 103.5/104.3, and Mix 107.9 before the Prize will be transferred to the winner. The e-tickets will be transferred to the winner by Qfm96, Sunny 95, Rewind 103.5/104.3, and Mix 107.9, or, in some cases, by a third party (for example, Ticketmaster, LiveNation, etc.) and the winner must check his or her email account for an email or cellular mobile number for a text message from the ticket provider in order to download the e-tickets. Where e-tickets are a prize, as a condition of entering the contest, redeeming and using e-tickets requires the winner (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, LiveNation, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to log into an existing user account or sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including, at a minimum, the winner’s first name, last name, valid email address and telephone number. E-tickets awarded as a Prize in such contests cannot be redeemed or used by any means other than the designated third-party mobile ticketing app for the e-tickets. Individuals who do not have a valid email address, access to an app-enabled mobile device and/or do not comply with these requirements will not be able to redeem or use e-tickets should they be selected and verified as a winner, will not receive a substitute prize, and should not enter contests where e-tickets are the Prize.
Qfm96, Sunny 95, Rewind 103.5/104.3, and Mix 107.9 contests are open to all eligible central Ohio listeners 18 or older that have not won anything on Qfm96, Sunny 95, Rewind 103.5/104.3, and Mix 107.9 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of Columbus Radio Group, Franklin Communications, Inc, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the Qfm96, Sunny 95, Rewind 103.5/104.3, and Mix 107.9 main studios are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
