Congratulations to Zachary Werner who is our January Hometown Hero!
Zachary Werner is 23 and has cerebral palsy but had a dream to let the special needs community know that he cared for them. Zach created a special needs day at no cost to those who attended. Zach also helped to create a wheel chair giveaway program where he gives donated wheel chairs to people who are needing them but cannot afford them.
