COLUMBUS – Bryan Lavastida drove in both runs for Columbus as the Clippers blanked the St. Paul Saints 2-0 Sunday afternoon.
Columbus won four of the six games between the two teams at Huntington Park.
Lavastida knocked in runs with a groundout in the third inning and a solo home run in the sixth.
Zach Plesac (4-4) allowed only two hits in five innings on the mound.
