TOLEDO – The Toledo Mud Hens beat the Clippers 8-4 Sunday afternoon, winning the six-game series at Fifth Third Field.
Joey Wentz (2-1) struck out six and held Columbus to two runs on four hits over 5 2/3 inning of work.
Tyler Nevin and Andre Lipcius hit two-run home runs off Clippers starter Hunter Gaddis (2-9).
Johnathan Rodríguez hit a two-run homer for Columbus.
