It was a very special edition of “I’d Tap That” because the MAYOR of Obetz, Angela Kirk, and Obetz Council Member, Derek Varney, were in the studio to promote the 2021 Obetz ZucchiniFest along with Miranda and Cooper from BrewDog who is responsible for developing the official zucchini beer of the festival, “Summer Squash” Hazy IPA. The festival runs throughout Labor Day Weekend, Sept. 3-6 at Fortress Obetz with plenty of free family fun entertainment where you can get anything and everything ZUCCHINI. You can see the Mayor’s favorite, Winger, on Friday night with special guest, Hott Lucy. Saturday you can see Ezra Ray Hart and Sunday features country superstars, Big & Rich. BrewDog brought in something special for Archie to sample – freshly-canned and just-released OFFICIAL Iron Maiden IPL, which is available at BrewDog and most major retailers. It’s a unique flavor that has the flavor of an IPA, but is palatable because it’s a lager, which Bruce Dickinson himself had a hand in creating!
