Heather Lata, BOSS program coordinator and Sarah Zang, The Village program coordinator, discuss their programs’ efforts to address the high inflation costs, staffing issues, and enrollment challenges faced by childcare program owners. The BOSS and The Village services are provided by Action for Children and financially assisted by the Franklin County Board of Commissioners, the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services, and Action for Children’s generous donors.
