Ian James, executive director of ResponsibleOhio, discusses his organization’s ballot initiative which, if approved, would make Ohio the first state to move from a complete ban on marijuana use to complete legalization with a single vote.
NOTE: ResponsibleOhio was cleared by the Ohio Ballot Board Wednesday to begin collecting signatures to place the Fresh Start Act before lawmakers. If they do not act on it in the first 4 months of 2016, it would be placed on the ballot.
