OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES:
Beginning Wednesday, 4/29/26 at 12:00:00am EST, listeners may register to win a pair of tickets to one of the listed shows in the Qfm96 contest page above. Listeners have until Tuesday, 5/5/26 at 11:59:59pm to register to win. On Wednesday, 5/6/26 at 10:00am EST, Two (2) winners will be randomly drawn to receive a free pair of tickets to their selected show (valued during promotional offer at $60 M. Winners will be notified by phone and email. The phone number from the chosen entry will be called and the reaction MAY be recorded for broadcast after receiving the winner’s permission to record and broadcast the conversation. If the chosen entrant is notified by email, voicemail, or other answering device, he or she will have 24 hours from the time we contact them to respond. If the chosen entrant does not contact us back within the time limit, he or she will be disqualified, and another winner will be randomly chosen from all eligible entrants. This process will continue until a winner is identified. There will be 1 winner. The winner will receive the prize with 24 hours of acceptance, prior to the date of the concert.
Winner will need to follow all COVID guidelines and protocols put into place by the concert organizers. WLVQ/Qfm96 and Saga Communications, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any event cancellations, delays, or rescheduling. No purchase necessary. In the case of any query or discrepancy, the winner will ultimately be decided at the sole discretion of Saga Communications, Inc. The winner will be required to fill out all paperwork prior to event, including the station’s prize release form and W-9.
WLVQ/Qfm96 contests are open to all eligible central Ohio Residents who live or work within 75 miles of our transmitter 18 or older who have not won anything on WLVQ/Qfm96 in the past 30 days, or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Only one entry per person. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.
Employees of WLVQ/Qfm96, Cbus Media Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the WLVQ’s main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
No purchase necessary. WLVQ/Qfm96’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize. WLVQ/Qfm96 will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use any of the prizes. Winners will be responsible for all federal and state taxes, and any fees and incidentals. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
