Last Chance TSO Ticket Giveaway – Official Contest Rules
Beginning at 6am Monday, December 13, 2021, through 11:59pm Tuesday, December 21, 2021, Qfm96 listeners 18 and over may register for the “Last Chance TSO Ticket Giveaway” at Sunny95.com by providing their first and last names, email address, street address, date of birth, and telephone number. No purchase necessary. One entry per person. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using the same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries, and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any online registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these official rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries are permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void. The winner will be chosen at the sole discretion of Qfm96.
At 9am Wednesday, December 22, 2021, a representative from Qfm96 will randomly choose from among all qualified entries one (1) winner to receive one (1) pair of front row tickets to the 3:00pm Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio Sunday, December 26, 2021. The approximate retail value of the prize is $200.00. The winner will be called on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, to confirm their prize, and the winner’s full name and city of residence will be posted on Qfm96.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to award Prizes after winning. Winners will be responsible for any applicable federal and state taxes as well as all fees associated with the prize. The winner must have a valid state ID and complete a w9 to collect the prize. In the event that the prize winner declines acceptance of any of the prizes, prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
Qfm96 contests are open to all eligible Columbus, OH residents 18 or older who have not won anything on Qfm96 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of Qfm96, Columbus Radio Group, Franklin Communications, Inc, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one-hundred-mile radius of the Qfm96 main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is the current legal guardian. The station’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize and will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use the prize. Contest rules may be altered at any time.
